Current gnu autogen built "out of the box" after I rebuilt guile from the cygwin sources. It would not build against the cygwin binaries installed from the osu mirror. gcc-4.2 snapshot from gcc.gnu.org accepts this autogen, but still fails autoconf "no input file."
