All mailing lists on sourceware.org also have a standard
Mail-Followup-To setting.

Another way to look at this is that this project and this mailing list
have been around for many years so it's likely that this subject has
been discussed many times and a simple "please change the list to fit my
needs" request doesn't make much sense in this context.
