Dear Cygwin mailing list, When trying to 'make' FontForge on Cygwin, we get the following error. gimagereadxpm.c:128: error: conflicting types for 'getline' /usr/include/sys/stdio.h.31: error: previous declaration of 'getline' was here gimagereadxpm.c:128: error: conflicting types for 'getline' /usr/include/sys/stdio.h.31: error: previous declaration of 'getline' was here gimagereadxpm.c:84: warning: 'LookupXColorName' defined but not used make[1]: *** [gimagereadxpm.o] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/User1/fontforge_cvs/gdraw' make: *** [libgdraw] Error 2 Is this considered to be FontForge's problem by Cygwin people, because of the addition of getline or something like that, recently added to Cygwin? FontForge people consider it to be Cygwin's problem--they believe there is a problem with stdio.h. Hope there might be some solution to this problem, from one or both sides. . .
