I've upgraded to the latest cygrunsrv (1.14-1) and I have noticed that
I can't seem to ssh to localhost anymore when the service is started
by the system. If I do a 'cygrunsrv --start sshd' from a bash prompt,
it works fine.
Before (when the system started sshd):
$ ssh -v -v localhost

After (performed a 'cygrunsrv --stop sshd' followed by a 'cygrunsrv
--start sshd'):
