Thanks for the enlightment. I turned the service to `Manual' for now. Funny
to see what the service manager says:

Display Name: Logitech Process Manager
Description:  Webcam Effects Helper

Is that supposed to be the ``face overlay'' features, or? Haven't yet
scanned the Logitech support site/forum... I wonder :-\
