Suresh,

It is generally considered bad netiquette to send unsolicited private mail
with Cygwin questions to members of the Cygwin community. There's a
mailing list dedicated to all things Cygwin (see
<http://cygwin.com/acronyms/#PPIOSPE> for a list of reasons to use it).
I'm redirecting this reply to the list, and setting Reply-To: accordingly.

As for cron documentation, whatever is included in the Cygwin cron package
is pretty useful -- see first of all the Cygwin-specific cron readme in
/usr/share/doc/Cygwin/cron.README, and then the upstream documentation in
/usr/share/doc/cron/README (and the man pages at "man cron" and "man
crontab").

Other people on the list may have more information on this. Please direct
any further Cygwin-related cron questions to the main Cygwin list. If you
have further general questions about cron, try some other resource, such
as a cron-specific newsgroup.
HTH,
	Igor
