Other directories that may have the same problem, as detected
by my local build of pwd:

$ cd /proc/registry/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/
$ ~/pwd
/home/eblake/pwd: couldn't find directory entry in `..' with matching i-node
$ cd /proc/self/fd
$ ~/pwd
/home/eblake/pwd: couldn't find directory entry in `..' with matching i-node
$
