Using Cygwin snapshot 20060224, I ran the test suite for Perl 5.8.8.
With coreutils5.94-1, there are no failures.
With coreutils5.94-3, there are several failures that stem from using
`pwd` that complain with:
    pwd: couldn't find directory entry in `../../../..' with matching
i-node
