Hi All...

I set up lastlog as a directory and it works great  8-)

In the case where ssh-host-config detects that /var/log/lastlog esists and 
is a directory, it sets the permissions on the directory to 0777. It seems 
like it should set the sticky-bit here (1777) to protect the individual 
files in /var/log/lastlog.
