[Third-party URL stripped to avoid false hits in list archive searches]

Please don't go recommending third-party sites before FIRST
mentioning /usr/share/doc/Cygwin/openssh.README. Searching
this mailing list's archive will reveal a number of people who
have tried the outdated "recommendations" at the above-named
third-party site, only to hose their ssh installation because
the directions were out of date and too complex.
