Hello list,

In win xp you can get the chose to start cmd.exe in any directory of 
your choice with rightclick and a menuchoice with
###
Windows registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell\Cmd Here]
@="Command &Prompt Here"
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell\Cmd Here\command]
@="cmd.exe /k pushd %L"
###

Can something similar be achieved with Cygwin+
