If you recall, we used to have "cygcheck.txt" in the instructions at some
point, and some brainless mailers (which I won't name) included those
inline, rather than as attachments.  However, considering that the list
archive software sometimes displays real text attachments inline anyway,
maybe it is worth changing the name back to "cygcheck.txt"...

FWIW, the archives do display "cygcheck.out" as text
