The reason that your sshd service will not start is because you did not remove the service, and the one currently installed still points to the old location. ssh-host-config will not overwrite an existing service, so you need to remove the service and re-run the script. Please consider in the future using the procedure outlined at <http://cygwin.com/faq/faq.setup.html#faq.setup.uninstall-all> to uninstall Cygwin. The first step listed there would have solved your problem, and there is no need to go editing the registry when "umount -A" exists.
