That worked like a charm.  Thanks!  (I thought cron was running as me
--- /bin/whomai reported 'Matt' -- but it was really running as
LocalService or something like that...)

If you are only backing up files to which you have access,
you can try running the cron service as yourself.
That option is available by running cron-config.
