cygwin.com -> "Cygwin Packages" <http://cygwin.com/setup.html> -> "setup
homepage" <http://sourceware.org/cygwin-apps/setup.html>.

The same way that all Cygwin binaries map paths like /usr/bin to a win32
path: the mount table.
