Hello Cygwinners :)

can anything be done to run ssh in the background i.e. no console window pops up if it is called by a native Windows process?

Background: Running Eclipse with the Subclipse plugin to access Subversion repositories. If I setup subversion to use Cygwin's ssh, anything went fine from the authentication side, but with every request to the Subversion server such a console window is popping up :(
