I've used Cygwin-Postgresql before, but when I tried to use it recently, I found that postmaster immediately segfaults on start. Wanting to eliminate possible oddities with my system as a cause, I did a totally clean install on Cygwin Base + postgresql onto a different computer, but still postmaster immediately segfaults. Is the current postgresql package faulty, or am I just extremely unlucky?
