Hi All,

Is there a version of tcsh available for Cygwin version 1.3.12-4?  I tried the 6.14.00-4 and 6.14.00-5 and neither worked.  Both give "Procedure Entry Pint _fcntl64 could not be located in dynamic link library cygwin1.dll"
