Yes, the message does not appear to be valid MIME.  It includes the
header:

Content-Type:  multipart/signed; boundary="=-=-=";      micalg=pgp-sha1;
protocol="application/pgp-signature"

And it includes both the message and the signature, but only one
boundary.  It needs a leading "=-=-=" before the first part.  This is
odd given:

User-Agent: Gnus/5.1006 (Gnus v5.10.6) XEmacs/21.4 (Jumbo Shrimp, linux)

...which I would have expected to emit correct MIME messages.
