teTeX bundles a whole lot of stuff, like libpng, texinfo, zlib,
ncurses, whatnot.  I think that sane, independent packages like these
had better be packaged independently.

Fwiw, my last tetex-2.0.2-15 mknetrel script also has
--without-texi2html.
