I've updated the version of tcsh to 6.14.00-5.

This is a Cygwin bugfix release.  It solves the following problem
when calling `cd ..':

  $ pwd
  /foo/bar
  $ cd ..
  $ pwd
  /foo
  $ cd ..
  $ pwd
  //

So when moving up in the / directory hirarchy, it hits '//' eventually
instead of '/'.  The new -5 version correctly changes to / as root
directory in this case.  When moving inside the '//' directory hirarchy,
it still treats '//' as root directory.

The patch is also going upstream.


To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page.  This downloads setup.exe to your
system.  Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
