While compiling Python under Cygwin 1.5.18, I got the following error:

    gcc -DNDEBUG -g -O3 -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -fno-strict-aliasing -I. -I/tmp/Python-2.4/./Include -I/usr/local/include -I/tmp/Python-2.4/Include -I/tmp/Python-2.4 -c /tmp/Python-2.4/Modules/socketmodule.c -o build/temp.cygwin-1.5.18-i686-2.4/socketmodule.o
    /tmp/Python-2.4/Modules/socketmodule.c: In function `socket_inet_ntop':         /tmp/Python-2.4/Modules/socketmodule.c:3350: error: `INET_ADDRSTRLEN' undeclared (first use in this function)

After Googling around and looking at netinet/in.h on Linux and Solaris,
it seems like cygwin/in.h should have the following #defines:

    #define INET_ADDRSTRLEN 16
    #define INET6_ADDRSTRLEN 46

Can someone more knowledgeable in this area comment on the above?
