This is just an overview about the packages which are available for
installation via Cygwin Setup.  You can fetch all these packages from
the usual mirrors.

This is the wrong approach, use the linking flag -no-undefined instead.

This is an old libtool, use the latest libtool package available for
Cygwin (the name is libtool-devel).
