Which cygwin package contain print.exe?

I have an application that calls this :
newpath=`print -r $PATH | tr "[A-Z]" "[a-z]" | tr '\' '/' | sed -e "s+/+#+g" 
-e "s+;\.;+;+g"`

but that first print is not a cygwin program so it calls my winnt print 
command.

Any help will be appreciated.
