That's a BIG question of course as *nix seems never ending.

You could do :

ls /bin | more

or you could look in

http://cygwin.com/packages/

specifically in

http://cygwin.com/packages/coreutils/

and most interestingly 

http://cygwin.com/packages/coreutils

In which I found ---pinky.exe--- which is a wonderful play on words

For Cygwin Doc here is a very good place to start
