The only user of the "neon" package within the Cygwin distribution itself is subversion. Neon has recently moved from 0.24.x to 0.25.x, a major API change. I would like to know whether the neon package is being used by anyone for anything else except subversion, so that I can decide how long the old neon DLL should be retained in the distribution once Subversion no longer requires it.
