  Heh, it was a trivial patch in any case.  Cut'n'paste from the real
winsup/cygwin version of path.cc to the winsup/util/ version.

  Just means that sourceware.org is very busy server; waiting 5 to 10
minutes and trying again _usually_ works for me.
