This only turns up the obsolete fileutils link.

Oops - typo on my part in the release announcement. coreutils includes install(1), packaged as /usr/bin/install.exe, which is what you want (you probably already have it, since it is a core package). The problem is that when building coreutils, `make install' would be ambiguous between installing *.exe in /usr/bin or making the install.exe program, so the coreutils Makefile uses the name ginstall internally, and renames it to install at the very last moment. My announcement should have said that it is install, not ginstall, included in coreutils.

If you really want the name ginstall, run
$ ln -s /usr/bin/install /usr/bin/ginstall
