My apologies.  I actually went looking for a Mail-Followup-To header in
your messge, <URL:http://cr.yp.to/proto/replyto.html> and, not seeing
one, wrongly assumed that you (like me) welcomed the out-of-band
message.

Sorry, I'll try to be more sensitive in future.
