I suffer from 'permission denied' problem on my note-pc (Windows XP)

After running big script (recursive make script), I have met 'resource
unavailable' message.
And then I can't execute any bash command because of 'permission denied' message.

I installed cygwin v1.5.9. I tried in the latest cygwin version, but I had the
same result.

How can I solve this problem?
