Also, what did you set $CYGWIN to for sshd (you'll have to look in the
registry for the settings if you don't remember - i.e.

cat /proc/registry/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/sshd/Parameters/Environment/CYGWIN
