Huh?  We're talking about *fortune* here.  You had to *install* the
package to get the files -- how's that not "opting in"?  Not only that,
you'd have to *run* the "fortune" command to get the limericks -- they
won't be /forced/ on you.

It's a bug, people!  Let's fix it and move on!
