Setup's been rather lax at reporting wrong-sized files (i.e not equal to 
that specified in setup.ini). I fixed that, causing the errors you saw. I've 
suppressed that again in the new snapshot, and will aim for a more friendly 
way of reporting them in a future setup version.

Expected behaviour (and has been the same for years).
