  There's some kind of problem in setup at the moment.  A workaround which seems
to be effective for most people is to do the install in two stages: first time,
run setup, and deselect all the X-related packages, just installing the rest of
cygwin; after that completes successfully, run setup again, this time just
installing the X packages.
