Did you actually take a look at the script? It's a shell script, and
should be easily readable. The argument processing is at the very end.
Another place to look, if the appropriate README template was used, is
httpd-2.0.52/CYGWIN/*README -- this should describe the actual commands
for building the package.
FWIW, for cases like this, the newer versions of the build script have a
--help option.
