Sorry some additional information of what I tried 

jlambert AT agamemnon /oem-install/httpd-2.0.52
$ ../httpd-2.0.52-1.sh
Cannot find original package.

jlambert AT agamemnon /oem-install/httpd-2.0.52
$ cd ..

jlambert AT agamemnon /oem-install
$ ./httpd-2.0.52-1.sh               <------- doesn't seem to do anything

jlambert AT agamemnon /oem-install
$ cd httpd*

jlambert AT agamemnon /oem-install/httpd-2.0.52
$ cd CYGWIN*

jlambert AT agamemnon /oem-install/httpd-2.0.52/CYGWIN-PATCHES
$ ../../httpd-2.0.52-1.sh
Cannot find original package.

jlambert AT agamemnon /oem-install
$ ./httpd-2.0.52-1.sh httpd-2.0.52
Error: bad arguments
