I notice that Cygwin manipulates the path by prepending " /usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:" to the windows PATH environment variable. This is a problem for me because I'm using CVSNT and I need my cvs client to be /cygdrive/c/Program Files/cvsnt/bin which it never sees because it finds cvs.exe in /usr/bin instead and this is not the cvsnt client! How do I prepend /cygdrive/c/Program Files/cvsnt/bin to the path?
