Should this perhaps be

Options for 'set', 'unset', and 'get' Actions:
 -K<c>, --key-separator[=]<c>  set key-value separator to <c> instead of '\'

instead?  FWIW, it should also work with 'get' (even if the help doesn't
currently mention that).

Just for the archives, this is to allow values with '\' or '/' in them,
e.g.,

-- *** DO NOT RUN THE BELOW, IT'S JUST AN EXAMPLE *** --
regtool -K'|' set '/HKLM/HARDWARE/DEVICEMAP/PARALLEL PORTS|\Device\Parallel0' '\DosDevices\LPT1'
-- *** DO NOT RUN THE ABOVE, IT'S JUST AN EXAMPLE *** --
