I seem to need it. I have compiled a hello.c program with the command gcc hello.c which gave me a.exe, but when I try to run a.exe I get an error message saying that I might need to reinstall the .dll file mentioned in the subject line.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,
David Cape
