I downloaded the developpement's cygwin1.dll and will try it this afternoon. Is that the only file to replace ? If this doesn't work, we will have to go back to PostgreSQL 7.4.2 of 2004-03-08 which appears to be the latest PostgreSQL release using cygipc (instead of cygserver).
