Subject: [ANNOUNCEMENT] New package: gtk+(-devel)-1.2.10

The following packages have been added to the Cygwin distribution:

*** gtk+-1.2.10-1
*** gtk+-devel-1.2.10-1

GTK+, which stands for the Gimp ToolKit, is a library for
creating graphical user interfaces for the X Window System. It is
designed to be small, efficient, and flexible. GTK+ is written in C
with a very object-oriented approach.

NOTE TO CYGNOME USERS: Installing this gtk+ package will replace the
CyGnome package (if both are installed with setup.exe). As this package
was built with libtool, the dlls are versioned (i.e. cyggtk-1-2-0.dll),
and will not work as-is with anything built against the CyGnome
packages. The solution is either to manually reinstall the CyGnome
runtime packages into /opt/gnome, rebuild against this package, or
possibly, just copy/hardlink the dlls to unversioned names (i.e. ln
cyggtk-1-2-0.dll cyggtk.dll).
