I'm building Cygwin and the w32api and mingw.
I'm seeing if it can build first.'
With Docbook, I'm hoping the documents will be built.
The w32api headers and mingw headers should be included with the cygwin 
dll, as it was in the beginning. I'm seeing a lot of projects killed on 
Cygwin because of misconfiguration.
It frustrates the programmer who wants his/her program to build.
