I did a clean install from cygwin setup.exe of
Postgres 7.4.5-1 ,perl-5.8.5-3, cygrunsrv 1.0-1.
As before everything worked except for trying to
execute the perl function.
Select empcomp(employee) from employee; crashes the
database and it re-initializes.
I have cygserver running and ipc-deamon isn't running
at all.
Here's the relevent debug log from server side ----

Is there a way to get more debug/error messages?
