I've made a release candidate of gcc 3.4 available for download.

Ada gcc-ada / gcc-mingw-ada

C++ gcc-g++ / gcc-mingw-g++
Fortran gcc-g77 / gcc-mingw-g77
Java gcc-java / gcc-mingw-java
ObjC gcc-objc / gcc-mingw-objc
To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your
system. Then, run setup, fill in all of the options, and make
appropriate choices on the "Select Packages" screen. You'll need to
select the Devel category to see gcc and friends.
