Perl is now at version 5.8.5-2, but perl-libwin32 is compiled against
5.8.2 and installs in the wrong directory:

  http://www.cygwin.com/packages/perl-libwin32/perl-libwin32-0.191-1

With the exception of the OLE module, everything builds and installs
fine on my machine.
