Hi,

Since upgrading the cygwin dll to 1.5.10 from 1.5.5 (under windows 98) I can 
no longer commit to a local CVS repository. I get the following error 
message:

[rob ~/tmp/foo]$ cvs commit -m ""

cvs [commit aborted]: cannot change mode for /mnt/c/rob/cvs2/foo/,b,:

(the CVSROOT is c:\rob\cvs2)

This works OK with cygwin dll v 1.5.5.
