Hi,

I am trying to install pkgconfig-0.15.0 on cygwin. I
ran ./configure from command line and it went
smoothly. But when I try to compile it using make, I
get the following errors:

   gstrfuncs.c:674:error: conflicting types for
'strsignal'
   usr/include/string.h:75:error:previous declaration
of 'strsignal'
   gstrfuncs.c:674:warning: extern declaration of
'strsignal' doesn't match global one

Does anyone knows what the problem might be?
