Hello, I'm trying to get WebDruid (http://www.webdruid.org/) running on Windows with german language. The compilation went fine and I have copied webdruid.exe with all necessary DLLs to a Windows-Server. Now I'm trying to run it with german language in cmd with these commands: set LC_ALL=de_DE webdruid The output is german but the german umlauts are not displayed correctly. Instead of 'gültigen' I get 'g"ultigen'. I think it's because the library responsible for the locales (is that libintl2?) converts the output to 7-Bit ASCII. How can I change this so the output is ISO-8859-1 or UTF-8 or any other encoding Windows can display correctly? -- Bye, K <http://www.ailis.de/~k/> (FidoNet: 2:240/2188.18) [A735 47EC D87B 1F15 C1E9 53D3 AA03 6173 A723 E391] (Finger k AT ailis DOT de to get public key) -- Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple Problem reports: http://cygwin.com/problems.html Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/
