Yes, the sources of your application as well as the sources of the Cygwin DLL, according to the GPL. If you don't distribute the sources, you don't apply to the licensing. Typically it might be better to just distribute your application and its sources and no Cygwin DLL at all. Instead point people to the cygwin web page so that they can download the Cygwin distro as they see fit.
