Hi,
I am new to Cygwin. I want to install it on Windows XP. Well, every time the
installation procedure stopped at 99%, and then jump up a dialog, it shows:

Runtime Error!

Program::..mporary internet files\Content.IE5\HC7NHXD\setup[1].exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

can somebody help me to solve it? thanks!
